2. Provide extensive age appropriate volleyball training.
3. Incorporate sport specific strength training to impact their volleyball skills.
4. To offer an alternative to Parks and Rec/Club Volleyball teams.

A typical session will look like this:
Athletes will be taken through mobility/warmup exercises, a strength session, and a short, high intensity workout. Athletes will then take to the court for volleyball instruction.
Athletes will work on the following physical skills in order to become a better volleyball player-
*ALL SESSIONS WILL BE 5 WEEKS IN LENGTH W/ A 2-WEEK BREAK IN BETWEEN*
*Parents are asked to drop athletes off then pick up once the session is complete to eliminate distractions.
